"Amazing Experience"
I got my table this week, and it was brought and set up by Matt and his young helper. I just wanna mention how timely, courteous, and effective they both were. Given the service I experienced, I would definitely suggest Holloways Of Ludlow.

I got myself a big Moebe Mirror from Holloways of Ludlow. Mark and Lily were just fantastic; their service was friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

"Fantastic Experience All Around!"
I just got my beautiful Pallissade Garden Furniture, and it arrived right on schedule. The delivery folks were super timely and kept me in the loop with a text this morning. Huge thanks for unboxing my furniture and hauling away the cardboard—really appreciated that! P.S. Those Christmas hats were a hit! Thanks a ton, Holloways!

"Awesome product range, excellent support from staff (Brasted showroom)"
Overall, I had a great experience at the Holloways of Ludlow Brasted showroom. The ordering was fast and smooth. They provide solid, impartial advice. The crew really takes care of their clients when problems come up. I faced a delivery hiccup from the supplier in Denmark, but the team was on it, constantly following up and keeping me informed.

"Friendly Employees"
Dropped by the Winchester location today. The team was super helpful and really knew their stuff. The showroom looked great, with some lovely pieces on show. I had no idea this place was in Winchester; it's a real treasure tucked away at the top of the high street.

"Waiting Forever for My Wall Lights"
I ordered a couple of wall lights that were supposed to take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Here I am, 9 weeks later, still in the dark. Nobody responds to my emails, and when I try calling customer service, they promise to check on it and get back to me. But guess what? That never happens. Just steer clear of this place!

I purchased three sets of lights from Holloways and later requested to exchange one item. Their service was outstanding - automated for payments and emails from real people when I had questions. I would definitely suggest this company.

"Top-Notch Support from Holloways"
You usually discover how reliable a business is when issues arise. I purchased several lights from Holloways, and it took some time to get them installed. When we removed all the lights, we found that three were not the right kind. I reached out to customer service, and even though the order was six months old, they sent replacements the very next day and picked up the incorrect ones. I'm really impressed because they could've easily turned me down due to the delay.

"An Awesome Shopping Adventure"
I can't say enough good things about the BRASTED showroom at Holloways of Ludlow. LILY was super helpful while we were picking out our lighting (we ended up with the big OCTO ceiling pendants) and stools (the HAY ABOUT A STOOL stools). The service was fantastic and laid-back, and everything arrived on time and in great shape. Big thanks to Lily!

"Awesome customer support"
The products look fantastic. We purchased a couple of wall lights online, but I had a query about the sizes. I reached out to the Ludlow store, and Anthony was the one who helped me out. He actually went into the warehouse, pulled the light from the box, snapped some pics of the fitting, and then sent me the images to show the precise measurements. Really excellent service, which is hard to come by these days. Just amazing. Big thanks to you, Anthony!

"Awesome Crew"
The team at Holloways of Ludlow is super helpful, friendly, and knows their stuff. They were really nice to speed up the production and even sorted out a taxi to deliver the furniture to my place. They kept me in the loop the whole time. For sure, I’ll be back when I need a unique piece of furniture.

"Awesome customer support"
Earlier this year, I got a deco opal glass pendant, but I only just got around to fitting it because of some plastering and decorating work. Unfortunately, the hole in the shade was a bit off, so the light wasn’t hanging right. I reached out to the company, and they quickly set up a replacement and arranged to pick up the faulty one. It showed up two days later and is just right. Really top-notch customer service!

Awesome company to work with. I placed an order online and got an email saying there'd be a delay of 1-2 weeks. They asked if I still wanted the items or if I’d rather get a refund.
I was cool with waiting, but the stuff actually showed up in under a week. Everything was well packed, and they kept me in the loop about delivery times. The Tala bulbs are gorgeous and way cheaper than what Tala charges. Big thanks for a fantastic experience!
